We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who came out for our first annual Customer Conference this past Monday, September 21, 2015 in Freeport, Maine.  We hosted the event at the Hilton Gardens Hotel and were fortunate to enjoy beautiful late summer weather with temperatures in the 70's and lots of sunshine.

While Soft Trac has hosted many user groups, training sessions and other gatherings related to the Abila software that we sell, this was our first full day user conference and we were pleased to have over 35 customers, staff members, and panel participants join us for the day.

The morning was focused on two session tracks related to either Abila MIP Fund Accounting™ or Abila Fundraising 50™ covering topics which included:

MIP: Sharpen Your MIP Reporting Skills

Session 2

FR50: Brilliant Tips for FR50

MIP: A Fresh Look at Tips & Tricks for MIP

In the afternoon, we changed gears and hosted a panel session on Non Profit Technology Trends - Mobile, Social Media, and the Cloud and want to extend a thank you to Christina Cockerham from Abila, Ashley Durgin from Soft Trac, and Joe McIntyre from System's Engineering for participating in this informative panel.

We also squeezed in a Keynote address from Christine Cockerham, Manager, Channel Partnerships at Abila who handled a few technical glitches with ease and grace.  Finally, Soft Trac presented a quick glimpse of Abila MIP Advance™ and Abila Elevate™ during our DEMO session.  It was a busy day filled with great conversation and we truly appreciated the opportunity to meet with our customers and provide them with additional tools to be successful with their software. We are looking forward to next year!
