Soft Trac cares about your success and we understand that a key component of that success is getting the support services you need. Our support begins well before you are live with the software. It starts during the sales process when we spend time talking with you and completing an in-depth needs analysis so that we have a full understanding of your organizational requirements so that we can recommend the right solutions for your organization. 

We continue to work with you during the implementation of your software providing consultation, training and support. Optimizing your process to meet your needs is our goal.

We can help you bring historical data into your system or create integrations with other third party products so that you can automate your manual processes and run more efficiently. We can provide customized procedural manuals giving you documentation that can be shared with your staff so that everyone understands how things are done.

Once you are up and going with your software, we offer various support options to help you stay on top of things. Soft Trac’s provides a dedicated support line and e-mail that funnels your questions to the people who can get you the answers you need. There is also a convenient tool on our website that allows you to chat with one of our staff at your convenience.  We offer three levels of ClientCare Plans each designed to help you answer routine “how to” and procedural questions as well as help you troubleshoot specific problems.

Soft Trac brings a personal approach as your first level of support because we take the time to develop a relationship with each of our customers which gives us a strong understanding of their unique needs and an ability to offer comprehensive services to help everything run smoothly.

In addition, we offer ongoing training opportunities ranging from free software orientations for new employees to customized training for more complex tasks. We host quarterly user group meetings giving our users the opportunity to learn from one another. We also offer a range of accounting and fundraising consultation services all designed to help you get the most from your software.
