
Tighten Internal Controls with System Alerts
Every MIP database includes the System Alerts feature that provides you with in-product or email notifications when user-defined criteria are met. In this class become familiar with the multitude of alerts, notification options, establishing alert criteria and assigning delivery to users. If you have ever wanted to allow for any of the following prompts, this class is for you!
- Cash balance falls below a certain amount
- Check issued to non-vendor
- Check is printed but not recorded
- Multiple log in attempt failures
- Vendor name changed
- Payments to vendors over a certain amount
- Change in employee rate of pay
