This course covers Direct Deposit for payroll and Electronic Funds Transfer for Accounts Payable. Participants learn how to set up the necessary information to create files to transmit to their financial institution. Required employee and vendor information is presented. Creation of the direct deposit and electronic funds transfer files to transmit to the organization’s financial institution is demonstrated. Finally, participants learn which reports are available and view the information included in those reports.
