Darla P. Hamlin
President
Darla co-founded Soft Trac with her business partner, Susan Campbell, in 1999. Darla oversees administration and accounting, marketing, data conversion and migration services, and project management.
Darla holds more than thirty-five years experience in financial management and accounting and decades of experience in database management and computer software consulting to the non-profit sector.
Darla is active in her community and is currently serving her third term on the North Yarmouth Budget Committee and is Chair of the North Yarmouth Events Committee.
Susan B. Campbell
Vice President
Susan co-founded Soft Trac with her business partner, Darla Hamlin, in 1999. Susan provides direct oversight of sales, client support, training and product support and training for all product lines.
Susan holds many decades of experience in financial management, accounting, database management and consulting in the non-profit sector. She holds a BS degree in Business Administration and Finance and has been certified as a nonprofit software trainer.
Susan is a member of the Augusta Board of Education where she chairs various committees and serves as an officer on the Board of Directors for the Maine School Boards Association.
Sharon Blakeslee – CPA
Nonprofit Accounting Specialist
Sharon Blakeslee is a Sage Nonprofit Software Certified Trainer, providing consultation and training services and support for Soft Trac's Sage MIP Fund Accounting clients. In addition to over five years assisting Soft Trac's clients with nonprofit accounting implementations, she was an end user of Sage MIP Fund Accounting for eight years as Director of Finance at a social service agency in the Portland, Maine area.
A graduate of Bentley College, Sharon worked several years in the Boston area. She worked at two public accounting firms and became a licensed CPA. She also worked as Tax Manager for a leasing company before moving back to Maine.
Sharon is currently the Treasurer of Elder Abuse Institute of Maine and the Cumberland County Extension Association.
Sharon resides in Gorham, Maine with her husband and daughter.
Timothy D. Nichols – CPA, MBA
Nonprofit Accounting Specialist
Timothy Nichols CPA, MBA, is a fund accounting project consultant for Soft Trac LLC. Soft Trac specializes exclusively in accounting and fundraising solutions for nonprofit organizations. Timothy joined Soft Trac in 2009 as an expert in Sage MIP Fund Accounting. He currently supports clients with software training, installation, implementation, data conversions and integrations with Sage MIP Fund Accounting software.
Prior to joining Soft Trac, Timothy worked twelve years assisting Sage MIP Fund Accounting users with their software training, installation, implementation and integrations. These twelve years have included working in the Sage MIP Fund Accounting support department, providing support for the MIP DOS and Windows versions of MIP and working in the Sage Business Partner channel.
Timothy also spent six years in public accounting auditing not-for profit organizations. In addition, he was Controller and CFO for eight years in the healthcare industry.
Timothy holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Southern Adventist University and earned an MBA from Texas A&M University.
Timothy currently resides in Harpswell, Maine with his wife and three children.
Susan Low Saadat
Senior Fundraising Consultant
Susan provides consultation and training services and support for Soft Trac's Sage Fundraising 50 clients.
Susan is a graduate of Wheaton College, and holds a Master's degree in Business from Husson University. She is currently completing a second master's degree in Information Technology. Susan has more than ten years of experience working in and supporting nonprofit organizations. Her responsibilities have included fundraising, marketing and database management. She has worked with both the YMCAs in York County and, most recently, with United Way of Greater Portland in Maine.
Susan lives in Randolph, Massachusetts with her husband, Ali, and cat, Max.
Ashley E. Durgin
Administrative Assistant/Marketing Communications Specialist
Ashley is responsible for creation of Soft Trac's newsletters and marketing material as well as maintaining the company's website and social media sites. She is also responsible for a variety of administrative duties in the office.
Ashley graduated from Southern Maine Community College with an Associate in Business Administration and is continuing at University of Southern New Hampshire for a Bachelor in Communications.
Besides school and being a member of the Soft Trac team, she works part-time at an assisted living home in Yarmouth, Maine and is a member of the North Yarmouth Events Committee. During her free time she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with friends and family.
Ashley resides in Auburn, Maine with her husband and two cats.
