Darla P. Hamlin
President/Partner

Darla co-founded Soft Trac with her business partner, Susan Campbell, in 1999. Darla provides oversight of administration and accounting, marketing, data conversion and migration services, and product support and training for Sage Peachtree for Nonprofits.

Darla holds more than thirty-five years experience in financial management and accounting and decades of experience in database management and computer software consulting to the non-profit sector.

Darla is active in her community and currently serves on the town's budget committee and is Chair of the North Yarmouth Events Committee.



Susan B. Campbell
Vice President/Partner

Susan co-founded Soft Trac with her business partner, Darla Hamlin, in 1999. Susan provides direct oversight of sales, client support, training and project management for all product lines.

Susan holds many decades of experience in financial management, accounting, database management and consulting in the non-profit sector. She holds a BS degree in Business Administration and Finance and is a certified nonprofit software trainer.

Susan is a member of the Augusta Board of Education where she chairs various committees and serves on the Board of Directors for the Maine School Boards Association.


Greg Altznauer
Director of Sales

As Director of Sales, Greg is responsible for the day to day sales processes of Soft Trac. Greg has extensive experience in enterprise software applications in the nonprofit and corporate worlds having over 20 years of managing and growing businesses in extremely competitive marketplaces.

Greg is currently on the Boards for Fort Williams Advisory Committee and Friends of the Presumpscot River. He is also the co-founder of Greenwich Point Conservancy located in Greenwich, Ct. He resides in Cape Elizabeth with his wife, two children, two cats, and a Gecko.





Sharon Blakeslee
Software Implementation Specialist

Sharon, a Sage Nonprofit Software Certified Trainer, provides consultation and training services and support for Soft Trac's Sage MIP Fund Accounting clients. Not only has she assisted many clients with nonprofit accounting implementations, she was an end user of Sage MIP Fund Accounting for eight years as Director of Finance at a social service agency in Portland, Maine.

A graduate of Bentley College, Sharon worked several years in the Boston area. She worked at two public accounting firms and became a licensed CPA. She also worked as Tax Manager for a leasing company before moving back to Maine.

Sharon is currently Treasurer of Elder Abuse Institute of Maine and previously volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House in Portland and served on the Finance Committee at her church.

Sharon resides in Gorham, Maine with her husband and daughter.


Susan Low Saadat
Senior Fundraising Consultant

Susan provides consultation and training services and support for Soft Trac's Sage Fundraising 50 clients.

Susan is a graduate of Wheaton College, and is currently completing a Master's degree in Business at Husson College. Susan has nearly ten years of experience in nonprofit organizations. Her responsibilities have included fundraising, marketing and database management. She has worked with both the YMCAs in York County and, most recently, with United Way of Greater Portland.

Susan lives in Quincy, Massachusetts with her husband.



Ashley E. Clukey
Administrative Assistant/Marketing Communications Specialist

Ashley creates Soft Trac’s newsletters and marketing pieces as well as helps out with tasks around the office and administration of the company’s website.

Ashley will be graduating this spring from Southern Maine Community College with an Associate in Business Administration and will be continuing at University of Southern Maine for a Bachelor in Communications/New Media. Besides school and being a member of the Soft Trac team, she works part time at an assisted living home in Yarmouth.

Ashley enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and being creative.
