Installation
We have years of experience working with clients with different needs, systems and configurations throughout Maine and New England. We have the staff and the know-how to provide you with expert installation of our software products, including Sage MIP Fund Accounting and Sage Fundraising 50.
Implementation
When you purchase Sage MIP Fund Accounting or Sage Fundraising 50 software through us, we will be with you every step of the way. We'll work with you to develop a plan to ensure that your software is configured to meet your organization's needs.
Data Conversion
Worried about importing all your old data into your new system? Soft Trac offers complete data conversion services, allowing you to minimize the impact of the implementation of your Sage Fundraising 50 or Sage MIP Fund Accounting software. Our in-house data experts will take the time to understand your needs and ensure a smooth transition to your new software.
Training
Whether you're brand new to Sage MIP Fund Accounting or Sage Fundraising 50, or are a seasoned user who just wants to do things better, Soft Trac provides a variety of opportunities to help you learn. Online, onsite and classroom trainings are available for Sage Fundraising 50 and Sage MIP Fund Accounting. On-Going Support Packages
Because we believe so strongly in your success and understand that nonprofits have limited budgets, we offer unlimited annual phone support and no cost training workshops for Sage MIP Fund Accounting and Sage Fundraising 50 through our ClientCare plan, which is designed to meet your on-going support needs. ClientCare program participants can contact us directly at our support line.
If you are not on a ClientCare program with Soft Trac, you can still call on us for help. Telephone and on-site support are available for Sage Fundraising 50, Sage Fundraising Online, and Sage MIP Fund Accounting, and either form of support is billed at the same rate.
