New Install Training
As part of the implementation of your software, our specialized consultant will train your accounting or fundraising staff in how to use the software to perform their daily tasks.
Advanced training is scheduled after key personnel has had time to work with the system. Advanced training focuses on them interacting with the software, and specifically your data.
Soft Trac continually provides many opportunities for you and your staff to learn. We facilitate user group meetings, offer orientation workshops for new users, and provide “tips and tricks” on our blog pages.
Full course offerings tailored to specific applications and processes are available, so you can focus on what you need to know to be successful. Classroom training, real-time learning and custom training are available in a format that best fits your learning style.
