Utility Billing
The EZReader is an application designed by Capital to offer an affordable introduction to automated meter reading. It includes a TDS Recon handheld as pictured below. The Recon uses Microsoft Mobile 6.0 and easily integrates with your Capital Utility Billing software.
- National Interface - Capital has existing interfaces with most national meter reading brands including Neptune, Sensus, Itron, Badger and more.
- Service Orders - Using Capital's Touchpoint product, you can access service orders using a smartphone.
- Citations - Using a smart phone or similar device, Capital can design an interface to process citations in the field.
