Soft Trac, Your Source for Sage Nonprofit Software Solutions

By partnering with premier software companies like Sage Software, we help regional nonprofit organizations to improve their efficiency and position themselves to make a significant difference in their communities.

We specialize in Nonprofit organizations and only Nonprofit organizations.

When it comes to software, nonprofit organizations have special needs. Every dollar and each key contact must be tracked, efficiently. Soft Trac provides you with software designed exclusively for nonprofits, like Sage MIP Fund Accounting and Sage Fundraising. Here's how working with Soft Trac is different:

One Point of Contact

Your Soft Trac Representative will be with you every step of the way. He or she will guide you through system planning, installation, training and implementation. Then, your Representative will provide you with on-going support of the software. You'll have direct phone and e-mail access to your Soft Trac Representative. In the event that your primary representative is not available a backup contact will respond to your needs.

Implementation Guide

Understanding your needs is critical to a successful installation. At the start of the process, Soft Trac provides you with an Implementation Guide customized to your organization.

The Implementation Guide is a detailed plan including system design recommendations and a project schedule. We work closely with your networking and hardware specialists to set up the system and ensure the system design is compatible with your work habits and needs. You'll understand and approve every aspect of the system design before we begin, and we'll work with you to ensure that the implementation of software is kept within the ranges of the implementation plan.

We particularly like the fast response time your team provides when we call with questions or problems. The fact that Soft Trac is our local contact to provide first-hand knowledge of the software as well as the accounting knowledge to help with issues relating to non profits is comforting.
