Darla co-founded Soft Trac, LLC with her business partner, Susan Campbell, in 1999. Darla oversees administration and accounting, marketing, data conversion and migration services, and project management.

Darla holds more than forty years' experience in financial management and accounting and decades of experience in database management and computer software consulting to the non-profit sector. Darla is certified on the Abila fundraising softwares.

Darla is active in her community and currently, serves as President of the North Yarmouth Business Association and on the Board of Directors for the North Yarmouth Memorial Park Corporation.  She served one term on the North Yarmouth Board of Selectman. She also served three terms on the North Yarmouth Budget Committee and was Chair of the North Yarmouth Events for four years. 

Darla has four children and eight grandchildren.

Susan co-founded Soft Trac with her business partner, Darla Hamlin, in 1999. Susan provides direct oversight of sales, client support, training and product support and training for all product lines.

Susan has many decades of experience in financial management, accounting, database management and consulting in the non-profit sector. She holds a BS degree in Business Administration and Finance and is certified as a nonprofit software trainer.

Susan has formally serviced as Chair of the Augusta Board of Education and a member of the Maine School Board Association Board of Directors advocating for children in the public schools in Maine.

Jeron brings more than 15 years of professional experience within the nonprofit community in the areas of Fund Accounting, Development, Planned Giving, Grants Management, and Academic Administration. Jeron’s vast experience includes being an independent fund accounting implementation consultant, Customer Sales Manager and New England Account Executive for more than ten years with Blackbaud, Inc., Director of Development, Membership, Volunteers and Special Events within the arts and social service communities in the greater Boston Area.

Recent community involvement includes membership in the Portside Rotary in Kennebunkport, ME, Director of Finance and Development on the Board of The Boy Singers of ME in Falmouth, ME and literacy volunteer for Kennebunkport Consolidated School.

Jeron lives in Kennebunkport, ME with her husband and three children and enjoys her hobby farm that includes a llama. A talented visual artist and musician, Jeron performs for many area nonprofit benefits with her band, The Wicker Pigs.

Karen O'ConnorKaren O’Conner
Account Manager

Karen received her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of New Hampshire and worked as a Dietetic Technician in Southern Maine before relocating to Massachusetts where she attended Suffolk University and received her MBA.  While getting her MBA, she worked for the Massachusetts Association for the Blind continuing with them as their MIS Specialist before moving into Quality Assurance software testing initially for Corning MetPath Clinical Laboratories and later at Filemark Corporation.  

Karen enjoyed living in Massachusetts but never let go of her Maine roots and returned to Maine permanently a little over six years ago.  Karen successfully transitioned back into the work force a few years ago after time off enjoying being home with her girls.  She is excited to be using her professional skills in the software field again. 

Karen has many hobbies and a wonderful craft room/office where she spends a lot of time creating scrapbooks and working on art projects. She has a variety of other interests including travel, movies, and reading. There’s always something fun to do!

Ashley Durgin Ashley E. Durgin
Marketing Communications Specialist/ Administrative Assistant

Ashley has been overseeing the implementation of Soft Trac’s values and goals for the past 10 years through producing and managing its inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. Specialties include marketing collateral design, website design and upkeep, advertising, digital and email marketing, interpreting analytics of marketing campaigns, and developing marketing strategies.

She graduated from University of Southern New Hampshire with a Bachelor in Communications and has an Associate in Business Administration from Southern Maine Community College. Ashley frequently takes courses here and there to keep her skills fresh.

Ashley resides in Auburn, Maine with her husband, two daughters, and two guinea pigs. Enjoys traveling with her family, crafts, and learning new things.

Linda StoneLinda Stone

Linda has more than 15 years of experience with Not-For-Profit specific software as a product specialist working for a software manufacturer and as a Value Added Reseller.  As the primary consultant of LAS Solutions, Linda provides installation, conversion and implementation services for her clients, as well as on-site, classroom and web-based training and support for her clients.

Linda has been serving the not-for-profit community for more than 15 years and has experience with a variety of organizations including community action agencies, governmental organizations, educational/entertainment organizations, residential treatment centers and religious organizations.

Linda received her Bachelor of Science dual degree in Accounting and Operations Management from The University of Colorado at Denver.

Linda resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband.
