This course covers how to encumber funds, review balances, and liquidate encumbrances. Participants follow the process of creating a manual encumbrance, checking available budget balances, and then liquidating an encumbrance both manually and with an accounts payable invoice. The course concludes with a discussion of various encumbrance reports. (Note: This class is scheduled by request only.)
