This comprehensive 1-day workshop covers the complete accounts receivable process, from setting up customers to recording cash receipts. In addition to learning transaction entry functions and shortcuts, you will learn how to set up and run many of the accounts receivable reports. You will also learn how to take advantage of advanced receivable features available with the Accounts Receivable Billing and Forms Designer modules. Calculating and printing invoices will be covered as well as researching customer transactions and preparing customer statements. Finally, we’ll present how to personalize customer statements.
